History: In memory of David Farr, who served as a Councillor from 1994 to 1996, in recognition of his contributions to recreation and community affairs. David passed away while serving his term of Council from ALS, (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
