Who do I call to get the tree in front of my house trimmed/pruned?

Who do I call to request that the garbage bins be emptied in a park?  

City garbage cans are emptied on a weekly rotating schedule. However, if the garbage can is full; arrangements will be made for it to be emptied. My neighbour is not cutting their grass. Can the City assist? 

If the grass exceeds 15 cm, there is a contravention of the Clean and Clear by-law. I am having company from out of town; can they obtain a permit to park on the street? 

Requests for parking considerations are accepted for special circumstances. A written request must be submitted, including the address, dates requested, reason for request and vehicular information (make, model, license plate etc.) using the Parking Consideration Request form on our website.
